Maptoolkit (MTK) pre-generates geo data indexes from your geo content for fast output even in high volume, high traffic environments, using a proven high performance index algorithm. To achieve this MTK mirrors your data (or those parts of it that you want to display in maps).

Data transfer is usually managed by an interface you provide us (a large variety of structured interfaces is possible). Alternatively you can use our Push API to push data. We do not force your data into given data schemes, you retain full flexibility.

We provide a simple and well documented Javascript API: To display maps with data you use simple Javascript Config Parameters, referencing whole data types (“resources”), without the need to care for scaling issues. You can display any sub-amount of your data using filters. Specific POIs are referenceable by their Database IDs (your database, not ours – hasslefree). A variety of MTK modules, features and controls are accessible from within the Javascript API. See our Showcases for some examples of what is possible. All controls and features can be referenced by Function Calls, enabling you to individualize every aspect of MTK.
